Who Am I?

  • My name is Eric Scott...

I am an artist and designer whose work includes Instagram lomography, music and making everything from ‘economical’ music videos to ‘lavish’ websites and designing user-experiences.

I’ve channeled all that I’ve learned and done and created professionally in my life, and honed it into an interdisciplinary arts project collectively titled EPIPHANIES [Day 075], which includes but is not limited to – a series of 30 half-hour episodes (currently in the pitch process), various books – including a sleuthing diary by our main character IAN, which he’s begun under the auspices of an anger-management journal for his therapy sessions.

There is also the coffee-table-book/ “agency portfolio” from his employer “RE:fresh – the Big Book of Memes” a printed display of their professional incompetence, in annual format.

The (presumed fictitious) MORROWVALE on the North Sea island of Aurora Nova is also home to a collection of tourism and business websites, which are concurrently both professional demonstrations of my web development skills, as well as they are written historical constructions, or “mythologies” for the many places and characters we meet there.

NIGHTlinkRailway.com is one such example – an internet journey by rail collecting some of the city’s most picturesque views of the Aurora Borealis over the North Sea, including much local – and hidden – history which no trainspotter would dare miss.

Last but not least, there’s the “underground sounds” of Morrowvale’s local music scene, released on my Day For Night label and on Bandcamp. This is my (life-long) output through a variety of musical identities – Mr. No-Logo, Rhythm Factory, Kunstfabriken, The Everyday, Fuzzknobs, King FM and more – each of whom have found their place in the Morrowvale club scene. All music and sounds provided by yours truly…

    Now, dig in…

and these are some of my works…
